Return & Refund Policy
At bronveta, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because every jersey is custom-made, we’ve designed a policy that’s fair and simple.
1. Custom Orders
- All custom jerseys are made-to-order, meaning returns or refunds are not available for reasons such as size selection, color choice, or personalization errors made by the customer.
- Please double-check sizes, designs, and spelling before confirming your order.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged,
- Incorrectly customized, or
- Defective,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number,
- Photos of the item and defect,
- A brief description of the issue.
Once approved, we will:
- Remake your custom jersey at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Non-Custom Products
For non-customized products, you may return them within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges for custom jerseys. If you need a replacement, please place a new order after discussing your situation with our support team.
